Frequently Asked Questions

How do I know which size to order?

Each apparel item will have size chart available with the product description. Please contact andersengear@acreativeresource.com for more information.

What are my shipping options?

  • All shipments are sent ground service. If you need your items sooner, please reach out to andersengear@acreativeresource.com for help on expediting your order. Note, expedited freight will incur additional costs.

  • If you choose Bulk Shipping, please enter your mail stop at checkout.

    • Bulk shipping is available only for employees located at the Corporate Administrative Offices (CAO) or the Garafolo Center in Bayport. Your order will be delivered directly to your internal mail stop through our internal mail system.

    • If you are a remote employee, please select standard shipping at checkout. Remote employees must pay for shipping to have orders delivered to their home address. Once your order ships, you'll receive a notification from Creative Resources. After receiving this notification, please check your internal mail stop for your package. If you are unsure of your mailstop, please check with your supervisor.

  • There will be no return options available at the CAO company store. Please contact Creative Resources directly for any comments or concerns at andersengear@acreativeresource.com

How long will it take to get once my order is placed?

Stock items will ship within 2 business days. All Made to Order items will be shipped within 10-14 business days.

How do I return or exchange an item?

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY:

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Please include your order number with your return request.

NOTE: Co-branded Merchandise is considered a custom item and is not returnable unless the item is defective or sent in error.

To start a return, contact us at andersengear@acreativeresource.com. We will provide you with an RMA (return merchandise authorization) for your return, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Return Labels

Please package your return carefully. Customers are responsible for returning shipping costs on standard returns and exchanges. If the item is defective or was sent in error, we will cover the return shipping. Please reach out to andersengear@acreativeresource.com as a return label may be provided.

Please allow 3 to 5 business days for processing, once the return arrives at our fulfillment center. You will receive an email confirmation when your return is received and processed.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available for new and unused items within 14 days of the purchase.

NOTE: Co-branded merchandise is considered a custom item and is not returnable unless the item is defective or sent in error.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs on both the returned and replacement items in an exchange. The quickest way to receive a new item is to place a new order right away and return the original item separately. This ensures availability and faster delivery.
